Emergency Actions / Pause Conditions

To safeguard the DAO and community interests, certain conditions permit immediate, temporary action by the DAO Council

Emergency Conditions

Security breaches, exploitation attempts, or detected vulnerabilities.

Sudden and severe financial threats affecting treasury assets.

Regulatory or legal actions that may compromise DAO operations.

Council Authority

The DAO Council can invoke an emergency pause on specific operations or contracts immediately.

The pause action is temporary, lasting no more than 72 hours, and must be communicated transparently to the community.

Post-Pause Procedures

Within the pause duration, a detailed emergency report must be presented to token holders.

An expedited governance vote is then conducted to decide on the continuation, alteration, or termination of the pause.

Transparency & Accountability

All emergency actions must be documented thoroughly and publicly shared.

The DAO Council is accountable for decisions made during emergency conditions and must report outcomes comprehensively.
